"Creating a Life in Balance"

“When you reach for your dreams, no matter what they may be,
you grow from the reaching,
you learn from the trying,
you win from the doing.”

About Coaching

What is Integral Coaching?

Integral Coaching is an approach that includes the whole person, mind, body and spirit. The goal of coaching is to help others gain new insights, new perspectives, improve skills and build new competencies. Integral coaching is a partnership and collaborative effort on the part of both client and coach to identify and clarify long and short term goals and build a plan to accomplish those goals. The focus will be on areas of life that might need improvement, addressing everything from the physical to the emotional to the relational. Coaching is about maintaining a relationship of mutual respect and mutual trust. It can foster personal fulfillment and open up new possibilities for living a more balanced, authentic life. The coaching relationship is one of support and is designed to leave the client self-generating long after the coaching relationship has been completed.

Who needs a coach?

We all have, at one time or another found ourselves in transition or “stuck” in some area of our life. At these times we can benefit from support and outside perspective. Whether the issues are personal or professional, coaching can help clients to move forward.

How coaching works:

Coaching can either be done in person at a meeting place agreed on by client and coach or sessions can be conducted by phone. Basically the coaching is a three part plan. The first session is used as an information-gathering process. The information will then be assessed and will result in a proposal that details intended outcomes.  The second part of the coaching program is a conversation regarding this proposal or plan of action.  The third part is one of support while the client embarks on a journey of self –discovery and new perspectives.
